How do I get an estimate for my project?
Call Noel at (615) 525-3033 or send the quote form. We schedule an on-site visit to look at your property, take measurements and talk through ideas, then send a clear, detailed estimate. Estimates are free.
What are the main advantages of composite over wood?
Composite decking resists splintering, rot and insects and does not need regular sanding or staining, so it is a low-maintenance, long-term investment. Wood costs less up front and many people love its look; it needs cleaning and staining every few years.
What areas in Middle Tennessee do you serve?
We serve homeowners across Williamson and Davidson Counties, including Brentwood, Franklin, Nashville, Belle Meade, Nolensville, Spring Hill and Thompson's Station.
How long does a typical build take?
Most standard and custom deck builds take 1 to 3 weeks of on-site work, depending on size, terrain, materials and weather.
Do you need a deposit to start?
No upfront deposit. Payment for materials is due when they are delivered, and the balance is due when the job is complete.
Which decking brands do you install?
We regularly install Trex, TimberTech, AZEK and Deckorators decking, plus AZEK aluminum railing, Feeney and AGS stainless cable rail, and ScreenEze screen systems. We also build in pressure-treated wood.
Do you build fences?
Yes. We build wood privacy fences, black aluminum fences and pool fences across Middle Tennessee, on their own or as part of a deck project. See our fence services.
Do you install pool fences?
Yes. We install aluminum pool fences with self-closing, self-latching gates. Most Middle Tennessee cities require a pool barrier at least 48 in. tall, and we check your local rules before we build.
Can you repair my existing deck instead of replacing it?
Often, yes. We inspect the framing first. If the structure is sound we can repair it or re-skin it with new decking and railings, which usually costs less than a full rebuild.
